Soundproofing in Castleford & West Yorkshire

Asked the team to sound proof the connecting wall , part of the side walls and ceiling in the living room and above bedroom in my 2 bed new build semi. Main issue was impact sound from footsteps and door slamming from next door. Dave was very open, communicative over the phone and arrived on time, work was done to a good finish and with no issues. Separate stud walls installed and tied into the ceiling cavity with all the high density materials you’d expect. The result 2 weeks on is, smaller foot noises are totally eradicated and door slamming is roughly 75% reduced depending on the size of the slam. Very happy with the result, no longer on edge waiting for the next thump. I’d advise anyone in a similar situation to tackle the side walls and floor cavity along with the shared wall.

We had our living room wall soundproofed as we were having problems with noise as semi-detached. It only took a day to install and for a plaster finish and it's made a massive difference!

The Pro Soundproofing team have sorted out two bedrooms for me, offering a variety of different solutions depending on what space we had available. In both rooms you can really notice the difference and we are looking at having them back in the future to do the downstairs.
